i found a folder in my c drive labeled "06ecddb3c894a51e8cf188db840df3"
and it contained a text file named "msxml4-KB927978-enu".

Now I've done virus/spyware/adware scans and it did not notice a problem. Can this text file be a problem or harmful and should I delete it? The file said it was created back in Feb.
