he might be smearing, but to me sounds more like someone who is just difficult or impossible to please.
I would sympathize more with the agencies, if I didn't have first hand knowledge of misinformation on their part. (older generation would call it LYING).
And who here doesn't check the post-history of someone who puts up a good review of an agenciy here, before believing it might be true. You pretty much HAVE to. And keeping track of which members are shills, or alternate personas, versus legitimate members, taxes the resources.
Terb might need paid advertisers to foot some of their bills, but that doesn't mean I have to like it. I still think of it as kind of self defeating to the purpose of the board.
We as members have to filter out potentially false positive reviews. But Agencies and moderators don't think we are smart enough to filter out potentially false negative reviews??
I guess we as Terb members should be playing it the way the agencies are. If we suspect a post of being a shill or self serving post, we ask the moderators to verify it's legitimacy or remove it. (maybe this already happens and I just am not aware of it, if so, then I recind some of these comments and thank the moderators for their ardent attention to our positive hobbying experiences).
