Hey guys,

Downloaded the one month free trial of ones by prassi. Worked great and burnt DL dvds but when I paid the $20 for the full version I can't get it to install keep getting something telling me it is not a valid win32 application.

Anyways, I've been corresponding with the rep in france which is a pain.

I'm almost at the point of cutting my losses and looking into a different type of software any recommendations for programs to burn both 4.7 gb dvds and DL dvds? Currently I use dvddecryptor and or dvdshrink to get the files off of a disc and now I want to back it up.

Love to hear advice and prices..... thanks

DVD Rebuilder

The best application to "shrik" a DVD9 to DVD5 format is DVD Rebuilder.
Have a look at www.doom9.org and you'll find all the info you need to set up the features.
you should also get your hands on CCE to use within DVD Rebuilder.
You'll get the best video and audio quality using these applications.

Mac and PC

On the Mac side, I use Toast titanium 6.1.1 on a G3 iMac.

On the PC side, I use Nero Burning Rom, either Version 6.6 or 7 (I need to check on it!).

This is if you have the DVD files ready to go.

Actually I had roxio but I didn't like it because it wouldn't allow me to use windows media player at the same time. I like to listen to music while I burn.

Finally got ONES up and running. For in the grand scheme of things it was pretty cheap it was $20 euros.

As for ripping I use dvddecrypter and dvdshrink for anyone looking for recommendations.
