What does it mean when they are a "party girl"?

My experience has been that a “party girl” is willing to drink and/or do drugs during the session.
They either love the snow and will partake if you supply or have some for you to purchase, or both.
I have a feeling that participating in party activities can be trouble or it can get very expensive fast. We’re not talking about a little snow storm here, it’s probably a blizzard
It means they drink with their nose, and think with their holes.
Run. Quickly. The other way. Do not pass Go. No $200.
Means see them early in the morning or not at all!!
Ive had sketchy experiences with “party friendly” girl. Definitely be on guard and have common sense
Yeah, it's pretty much what the rest of the replies say; coke heads. Now, there was a time, long, long ago, in a galaxy, far, far away, when 'party girls' did exactly that; they would party with you. Those days are gone. Today it usually means narcotics or occasionally alcohol; you supply, they consume.
