Contact police immediately. They are more interested in this clown than you and you could be preventing this or a worse fate for another SP.

Call the police without delay!!! Hope you are okay.

There is also a way to report bad clients (on this site or somewhere else I am not sure) You should do that too!

The members having spoken clearly, I/we do understand the difference that may exist between confusion about what to do and the fear about doing it. The confusion should be gone now hopefully the fear is also.

you are a SP and you get assaulted and beat with a gun at 2:34 am?
i am so sorry to hear about this incident. take a deep breath ... and breathe ...

realize that if you call the police you must tell the truth 100%. do not be scared to admit that he was a client or that he paid you. or choose to say nothing at all. do not lie. do not be embarrassed if he was a client that robbed you. there is a special team of detectives that deal with assault on sex trade workers. if you want him to be convicted it is important that you give a statement to police. the less discrepencies in the statement will make it easier to prosecute the bastard if he is caught.

and realize that once you go to the police to make a report, the file is in the hands of the Crown to prosecute. you cannot change your mind. if they arrest the guy you will likely be served with a subpoena to testify at court.

i suggest you call a friend for support. and try to sleep over with a girlfriend or a family member. you will likely experience post traumatic stress once the shock wears off.

and PM me if you want my number. i am happy to discuss some of the options in a more detailed fashion if you wish. i would also attend the police station with you if you needed the support of a female who is familiar with the system.

The girl is likely still in shock so maybe you could cut her a little slack.

I wish that people understood there are many ramifications for people who report a crime to police when they are involved in this industry.

What if this girl works in the industry but her partner, family or friends do not know? The criminal justice system is not in any way designed to make the process easy for female victims. I would say many women feel further violated after they have gone through the process. So try to have a little compassion and understanding.

Calling the police may be the simple, immediate response for most of the gentlemen on this board. But it is a decision that each person needs to think about carefully. There are many women on this board who can explain that they still face grief when reporting assaults experienced when working in the industry.

Your number one concern should be safety. And then look after your health. Bear in mind you are a victim and not to blame for this incident. And do what is right for you - no matter what the general consensus seems to be.

If you do report the incident to the police - they will likely want to collect the clothes you were wearing during the assault.

IMPORTANT NOTICE TO SP's: You can go to the emergency room at Women's College hospital if you wish to receive immediate medical care after an assault. They have nurses who are trained to collect evidence. They will call the police to attend at the hospital to interview you in a neutral setting if you do not wish to attend the police station. And the nurses will collect evidence and hold it for 3 days while you decide if you wish to pursue charges.
