I know people act in different ways when they aren't feeling their greatest.
I tend to lose my appitite most days (which is fine cuz it's an easy diet )
And i go out alot more til all hours of the night
When i'm stressed or angry I go out running. When I am sufficiently exhausted I have a hot bath and then go to bed. Everything always seems better after a jog, a bath and a nap!
When I am stressed I cook and cook and cook....I tend to cook so much that I start delivering fresh baked bread and great food to my neighbors. Which in turn, turns into a good visit. They are happy they got fed and I am happy because now I am no longer stressed.
