PHNINE wishes you a Happy Holidays!!!

I guess another year has passed and the old tradition of gift giving once again proved to be troublesome at first, but rewarding in return. I spent more then usual time thinking and planning for my Christmas shopping this year, only to find that those around me did the same. After a wonderful Christmas dinner with family and friends, my social circle took me to an eventful stroll through club land, and eventual stop at a house party. The most I could ask for in terms of great fun holiday festivities. I never ask or expect for anything more then good times, and good laughs with those around me. I did however get a few things this Christmas worth mentioning. Feel free to list the things you got as well...

- D&G cologne
- Lacoste wool twill cap
- Russel Peters DVD (which I already have)
- PS3 (more for my brother but hey I play it as well)
- Picture frame
- Aritzia Scarf (might be for women...)
- Porn (I always get porn)

Anyway, that is the first list of gifts I have received. Another wave of presents usually arrive anywhere between post Boxing Day to mid January. Can't wait. So what did you guys get?:D

Jingle Bell Rock

Jingle bell, jingle bell, jingle bell rock

Jingle bells swing and jingle bells ring

Snowing and blowing up bushels of fun

Now the jingle hop has begun

Jingle bell, jingle bell, jingle bell rock

Jingle bells chime in jingle bell time

Dancing and prancing in Jingle Bell Square

In the frosty air.

What a bright time, it's the right time

To rock the night away

Jingle bell time is a swell time

To go gliding in a one-horse sleigh

Giddy-up jingle horse, pick up your feet

Jingle around the clock

Mix and a-mingle in the jingling feet

That's the jingle bell,

That's the jingle bell,

That's the jingle bell rock

At the range!!!
Boss Cologne, clothes and lots of wine/booze for some reason.

I set a homeless guy up in a hotel for the 24th and 25th. I called him a few times to see how he was doing, and each time I called he was soaking in the tub. :) He also mentioned that he has never enjoyed being alone on Christmas so much.

I also hosted Christmas dinner this year with my brother. We invited the whole family and a handful of friends that didn't have anywhere else to celebrate.

It's been a shitty year, possible the worst so far. I've been to five 5 funerals, one which was my fathers another was the woman who jumped on the 401 with her baby a few weeks ago...my friend's wife and son.

The combination of helping Mark (homeless guy) out and hosting Chrismas dinner has put a positive spin on the year for me.

Baci,

Sounds like your wrapping 2006 up in a very classy style. Some years can really be a bitch to say the least. Sorry to learn of the losses but keeping your head up, helping others and inviting people who didn't have anywhere to go on Christmas day are really positive things to do.

I admire you. I don't know that I could be that strong.
