western union? where do I go to get money?

if someone's sent me money, do I just to any "agent" to get the money, or do I have to go to a bank?
most "agents" seem to be ethnic grocery stores, they'll give me my money?

Virtual any money mart has a western union agent, and some grocery stores like domian have it as well. just fill out the form with the pick up number not sure if its available in canada but you also do a pick up on western unions website.
