Hilton Toronto Airport. In fact, any Hilton has day rates. Just go to their site and use the same date for check in and out.

Every hotel by the Airport should accommodate a day rate. My experience is from 2019 and prior to though so sorry if it’s no longer relevant. The ones I’ve personally made use of are the Delta, Sheraton, Sandman, Marriott, Hilton, Holiday Inn, Crowne Plaza. The Hilton is the only one that lets you book it online ahead of time. Every other hotel you have to wait for the morning of and in person.
