Mr. Blade has been somewhat remiss in filing his tax returns and then tries to somehow scoop them for a refund, so is now indicted for tax evasion, max. jail term 16 years. Makes me wonder how many more of these high paid performers are on the IRS hit list. I'm sure there's plenty of creative accounting going on in tinseltown and elsewhere. Maybe they'll start going after them like the SEC and attorney generals are going after corporate execs.

Why did they take up acting, in some cases because they sucked at math and they were better at acting. I know that some actors are tax dodgers but some times they are victims of bad advice from their accountants and managers. Time will tell if this is the case. The IRS must be going over these guys with a fine tooth comb. I remember Recently the IRS publishing that actors/performers needed to claim their Oscar goodie bags as income.

About 10 years ago we were at a rave at the Guvernment.
I went with my gf's friends and one of them happened to be seeing Snipes when he was in Toronto shooting a film. (chinese girl). She was 18, he was 34. He met her at Roots Queen street and he basically gave his number to her at the store and she called.
Met the guy and we all hung out that night (him, his wardrobe guy and his HAIRSTYLIST hahah, wtf does he need him for?).
Anyways when I met him, his last movie, The Fan was finishing up in theatres and when meeting him, I told him good movie, I liked it. He just brushed it off like he knew he was great and deserved the compliment.
Arrogant fuck.
The place was so rammed that night, couldn't walk around without waiting in line to jump rooms.
So since he's "WESLEY SNIPES" we took backdoors and employee hallways.
Nobody stopped us after they saw who it was leading the group of us.
Finally bit him in the ass. haha...
