After Day one of the protests in Ottawa… No arrests! That is awesome.
I hope we all agree that the right the protest peacefully in this country is a big deal… and while I am not really on the protesters side on this one, I am quite pleased they are behaving.
For the most part, this protest is quite disorganized. And yes, some jack wagons dressed up a Terry Fox Statue, and actually danced on the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier…. While disgraceful…. It was not violent.
No burned out shoppers drug marts. No cars tipped over. No gun shots or murdered cops.
So well done Canada… even when your biggest jack wagons over run the Capital…. They are still the worlds best at protesting!
