This is not a question on pop-ups that can be blocked via the pop-up blocker, but rather the sites where when you pass the cursor over a photo or word or text a stupid message/picture/video pops up. These I find annoying, and you either have to wait a few seconds for them to go away or close them. And then you accidentally pass the cursor over them again, and they re-appear.
Does anybody know of any setting in internet options or other tools that I can make to not activate them on each web page?
