I meant overall, but to finish ahead of the Us with a population of over 10 times ours is a great achievement. Go Canada. Sweep in both Hockey and Curling.
Both of them medalled, good enough for me. You can't possibly say you are disappointed with 25 total medals and 10 golds? The past two winter games have been by far Canada's best showing in any non boycotted Olympic games. I'm very proud of our athletes and of the gov't who decided to invest in our athletes instead of leaving them out to dry.Imagine if Charles Hamelin had been able to stay on his skates? I entirely understand what you are saying, but they did well at one sport, cross country skiing and it's various branches.On a per 100,000 population basis, Norway is by far the class of the field, way, way ahead of everyone. Canada comes in second on medals per 100,000.
