Watching foreign TV content

I am trying to watch foreign TV content ie UK and USA - it is blocked with a message saying something like - only residents of XXXXX are able to watch.

Is there any way to fool the website into believing that I am either in the USA or England?

Yes....just use a proxy and you are good to go.
