Washington / Baltimore - Can anyone help

I am from U S . I will be in Washington / Baltimore next week . I was going to bring someone but she just got busted. Occupational hazard. Does anyone have any good contacts in the area . I could always hit the infamous Block in Baltimore but recommendations from fellow terbites usually best .
