Was She Flirting With Me? Help Me Settle A Bet

I was at my school this morning because I had to hand in some forms. The lady I had to see is someone I've dealt with numerous times. Anyways, my friend was with me today and what she doesn't understand is this lady is extremely kind with everyone and just very boisterous by nature. She went out of her way to fix this really complicated issue I was having and before I left she said something along the lines of "call me let me know how things go, or with any comments, suggestions, to say hi... just call me".

My friend thinks that her body language and what she said about just calling her was her trying to flirt, but I'm almost certain it was her just being... well, she was just being herself.

We have a bet going on and we are actually tallying up what the first five people on here think to decide the winner. (My friend is very liberal and has actually picked two SPs for me in the past and admitingly browses the forum from time to time.)

If that's her nature, that's probably just her being her.

Then again, I have lady friends send me naked pics and I assume they're just being friendly.

You have nothing to lose. Call her.

It's possible she was flirting, but my guess would be that she was going out of her way to be service oriented. Obviously impossible to tell what motivates peoples' behaviour. For all you know, she recently had a performance review or training course where she was asked to solicit feedback from the people with whom she interacts professionally.

Even if she were flirting, it doesn't necessarily mean anything. The first thing that guys learn about women is that they will flirt just to see if they can get you. Nine times out of ten, they wouldn't take it any further than that.

It's just a hunch, but I'm thinking that if your female friend could spot her flirting, she's probably sensing something that guys don't pick up on quite as well. In my experience, women have great radar for detecting other women's motives...

Sounds like she did not like your girl friend with you, and was trying to show her that she still HAD IT. However, once she realized that your friend was not interested , she would not be interested either having forced your friend away.

Its the female surpremacy thing.

"Hi I'm still a little confused on my options here. Could you come over to my place around 10pm tonight to go over it with me again?"

Did she give you a number to call, or just her work extension (which you may already have?)...if she gave you a different number then, Yes she was flirting!

She was not flirting. According to Ceiling Cat, she has to wiggle her finger in your palm when she shakes hands with you. THEN you just whip out your dick and wham bam thank you ma'am. With the emphasis on "ma'am".

Whatever...you either do something about it or not ... I can't believe I'm contributing to this pointless naval gazing

Most men don't pick up on what women can. Likely your friend is right.

So, I asked her out and hung out with her tonight and had a good time (lot's of drinking, joking, etc.), but I'm probably even more confused than ever. We actually bought tickets to go see Phish this week while we were drinking and I figure I'll just go for it. I mean, worst case scenario I have harassment charges filed again me and have to transfer to another University, no big deal.

So if you went out with her does that not answer the bet. She obviously liked you if she went out with you drinking.
