Public education is a money aggregator. They will keep spending and everyone will keep paying the higher tax rates = remember, when government spends into deficit, it is a tax.

It's a university jackass, not a public school.

But don't let me distract you from your tea party-induced snow blindness.

Dude, relax. Puppies. They're puppies. See? Lookie how cute they are! Who's a good boy? YOU are lil puppy, thas who!

Every institution or workplace above a certain minimum size should have a mandatory puppy room. Yay puppies! Ten to one says it would improve attendance, productivity and mental health. Who doesn't love puppies? (other than you, SCrooge McDuck. You can get a tax rebate and go count your money while the rest of us frolic with the puppies.) PUPPIESSSSSS!

just wait until these students get out into the real world and find that there is no puppy room for them to go to!!
This is why we need to mandate puppy rooms everywhere, STAT! The extra demand for puppies will spur employment and boost the economy, while the puppy rooms themselves will keep people healthier, happier, and more productive. This is going to solve everything! The, errr, puppy waste products can be used to fertilize local crops and we can be a greener, more environmentally friendly nation. Puppies will calm the CEOs and owners, making them less compelled to fuck over their own employees, and the low level employees with be more content and work harder as a result. Why, it can't possibly fail! Imma putting all my money into puppy chow stocks first thing tomorrow. Puppies! Fuck yeah!

You and the puppy lobby. Of course you and your ilk ignore the consequences of all the dogs too old to work hanging out in front of liquor stores and begging for change or licking your windshield clean then expecting money.

As long as they're not dinging all students to pay for the animals, food, cleaning, etc. they can have an alligator room for all I care.

Besides, don't you know puppies are the solution to the global financial crisis?!

70% of university costs are paid for through public taxation funds, not private tuition fees and charges. Please dont refer to people as jackasses when you are the one showing your ignorance. The tea party stands for big government on the right. I am not tea partier.

I would think a student service coming from student fees would be more palatable than from tax dollars.

Seriously dude? That's like saying "I won't join the KKK cause they're too inclusive." No puppies for you, weirdo!
Oh, I think he needs mandatory puppy therapy. we must be kind, but firm with unfortunates like this poor fellow. I'll make some calls around my socialist circles, we'll just grab him and stick him in with the puppies. Really, it is the least we can do for our sorry deluded comrade.

I suppose you are right, but the session has to be well supervised in case he tries to eat the puppies. I'll form a committee to study the feasibility of organising a mandatory supervisory body to watch that he doesn't get bitey. See you at next Tuesday's meeting!

I'll be there! Yes, of course we must be sure the puppies are protected, but remember, we are really here to help the poor guy, and if he can't handle the puppies...
So, please include on the agenda a discussion of a graduated system: if he tries to eat the puppies, we initiate the Orangutan Protocol - into the therapy room with two highly trained therapy Orangutans, one to hold him down and the other to therapize him. I'm pretty sure no-one will come out of that room without a life changing experience.

My mom was in a nursing home for several years. They had visiting puppies that went from room to room. You may be on to something.
