I was using Your-Freedom.net. Not the cheapest, but no complaints. With them, I could get a U.S. IP address and watch live streaming restricted to U.S. IP addresses. A friend uses Hide My Ass, which seems to have good reviews. Try googling. I saw a review of top proxy services of the year.
