I've heard the rules at Ottawa strip clubs have changed over the last year or so. Any recommendations for an upcoming visit to Ottawa?

The CRs had to change their rooms to lower the walls. I am always a fan of Barbarellas on Queen Street downtown. Not too big, and friendly and attractive ladies.
You forgot that the staff are a class act too. The big Iranian is scary but a great guy. Also there is a good bar upstairs and sometimes have great bands playing there too. Oh and they still sell quarts! Love those guys for that. 
If you make it Barb's or the Glue Pot I am sooo in. Antlerman knows the place too. Too bad Rachelle can't be there, wanted to meet the new Queen of Tours.

Full agreement with Barbs here. If you are looking for a cougar bar, try Big Daddy's on Elgins, thursday nights. Barely got out of there alive.
Bare Fax in the Market has not changed too much with the new rules, more open, but doesn't seem to matter much. Pigales is still # 1 IMHO !
