Exotic Retreat is far from the new viking. It's been around for a few years. Yes, they do have Ukraine/Russian girls. In fact it's not uncommon to see girls there that have worked at Viking - including, two of their current roster. It was normal for Viking to have 12-14 girls on hand on any given day, but Exotic Retreat is limited to about 5 or 6. On the plus side, Exotic Retreat is rarely busy so you are more likely to have your first choice. Viking had a great ocean front property. Exotic Retreat's villa is a rented 6-bedroom house on the side of a hill. It does have a nice view, especially at night when you can see the city lights and the stars. However, it needs a serious cleaning and a whole lot of TLC... It feels more like a B&B then a 5-star resort. And there isn't much to do on the property itself. The girls just sit around all day and smoke. But, if you establish a good connection with someone, I guess it doesn't matter where you are.
Charli's Angels is currently using two small (rented) villa's but he is building his own new place. It is way behind schedule. The website claims, 'Opening in March'. Well, I've seen the building, just a few weeks ago - a bare concrete shell with no apparent work going on. Looks like a construction project that has run out of money. However, if/when finished there is potential to be a replacement for Viking. Time will tell... New Villa or not, Charli needs to get his act together - not very well managed.
Viking could be reopened before either of these places step up and are ready to take over.
