Which video downloader are you using? i was using Video Download Helper but recently switched to Flash Video Downloader.

I find that there are some videos that download seamlessly with one downloader, but won't with another. Don't delete video download helper, just deactivate it. You may need it again.

Right now it is on "disable" status but even if I delete it I can re-install it again from Firefox add-ons.
