Vegas hotel?

Sorry stang... I think I've been to every one except that one. Used to be Aladdin I think.
I just got back on Saturday, and there's LOTS of deals to be had! We had a Piazza suite + adjoining luxury suite booked at the Venetian for a recent trade show... was about 2000 sq ft total, @ about $1000/ night. When we got there- they upgraded us to one of the high roller suites, (3000 sq ft, 2 huge bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, in suite gym, 2 "party showers" steam room, his and hers bathrooms for each bedroom, massive great room with 54" plasma and grand piano...) for the same price as the other 2.
Las Vegas is hurting right now due to economic situation, so deals abound for those that have the $$$.
I heard regular suites at Wynn and Venetian which can go for as much as $350-$400/ night (during peak times) were selling for around $150! Rooms at Mirage and TI are going for less than $100 (depending on the day...)

mgm for me too... going back second week in march.
Never stayed at planet hollywood but tried the new steak place they opened on the last trip. It was called the strip house I was hoping for dancers but got a really nice steak. Food was great.

Hey stang, I think I may have mis-communicated my intention... I wasn't suggesting that you go for the $1000/ night suite. I was just trying to illustrate that the deals are huge. They normally don't even let those suites go to common folk like me... Besides- it was a company expense and since we were paying the $1000 anyway, we took the better suite.stang said:$1000/night might be a bit high for me, LOL.
I'm happy at MGM, just gonna look for any better deals.
Even at MGM or PH, or any of the other hotels... you are bound to be paying less than you may have in the passed... Vegas is hurting... All the cabbies were saying business is WAY DOWN! Like 40- 50%!

I stayed at the Venetian for 3 nights free in Sept!! Loved it!! I played BJ at PH because they have HOT chicks dealing at the "Peepshow". There pretty much all models!! Just got a flyer in the mail from PH for rates starting at $69/night.
RIO usually has the best rates and is a little off the strip, but nice.

As mentioned, PH is a good location on the Strip.
I partied there a little bit last year while staying at Paris and I really liked the vibe of the place...I think i'll stay there my next trip down. Lots of young hunnies roaming around.
