Once again you are distorting the point of the article. The point, which you should be celebrating is that even though there is a group of settlers intend on expanding their settlement the government forces are going in to evict them and demolish the building. So the government is doing what you say you want them to do. Enforcing the rule of law in Israel and enforcing the settlement freeze.
