Lol. Id like to see how they are measuring this. Seems like LGBTQ invlusivity seems to be something they are looking for as the majority of the countries that place in the top 10 have this as being one of the reasons they scored high. Yet countries like russia, iran, iraq, pakistan, and china have horrible records when it comes to this and they are ranked ahead of the U.S. This surveys seems like a bit of a stretch to me.
Also , when it comes to work life balance, the typical 9-9-6 work week (72 hours/per week) in china isnt exactly what i call work life balance, not to mention lack of vacation days or stat holidays.
