Isn't that the company with uranium concessions in Kazakhstan? I believe they might have problems with the government confisicating the concessions. I'm not touching that with a 10 ft pole - Gabriel, Axmin and Crystallex have all been down that road...

You might consider Cameco CCO. Largest urnainium miner in the world. Cdn Gov't has now opened up urainium corps to be purchased outright by non canadians.
