if you look at the pic on the left at stuff shoved into the compartment in front of the stick shift. The blue and white object "could be a mask".

Wrong. Anti-maskers need to shop too and without the mask they will not be allowed to enter most of the stores.
Who's to say his wife/boyfriend, child, buddy didn't put the mask(s) in the vehicle.

It seems to me that if a cop arrested a guy with multiple driver's licenses, he would confiscate them and hold them as evidence.
