Unlock Galaxy S2 and S4

I have a Galaxy S2 and S4 that I would like to unlock. Online, they are asking about $20 or so, or you need to root it to unlock it yourself. I prefer not to root, does anyone have any suggestion on where to unlock for free or at least inexpensively?

If u go back to the carrier u got the phones from they have to unlock by law. But they'll probably charge u 20-30 dollars. Any one will. U can't escape it. Next time buy an unlocked phone. I'd never buy a phone from carrier again if it was locked.

These folks helpd me to unlock at least 7 cell phnes to date, and for about $8 US, each. They will provide a ten digit unlock code. You need a GSM card for a network that the cell phone is not locked to. very simple.
