Depending on the size of the institution, you will be surrounded by tens of thousands of kids that are about 18 to 25 for the most part. 99 percent of them will be single (i.e. not married, not too many with kids) and life will not have burned them out yet. There is no social scene in the WORLD like being 20 and in university.
I'd give my entire empire of dirt to be 20 again and back in school. Back then, I had fuck all, no car, no place to call my own, basically the clothes I owned. Incalls are legal in certain states in Australia, and New South Wales is one of them(where Sydney is located). I haven't hobbied in that city but I have further north. My guess would be that Sydney would be the no brainer choice.
