Definitely a targeted hit. Could be many motives at play here. Care to speculate?

Obviously, the gunman is someone who was financially destroyed by this guy's company. Given the size of United Healthcare, that should narrow the suspect list down to about 200,000 people.

I thought of that but how would they know his schedule and what hotel he was staying at?

Fair question. In order to find a stalker you have to think like a stalker.

For the record, I am not a stalker, LOL, but if I were, here's what I think:

The report says he was gunned down en route to the company's AGM. Companies typically make public their annual general meetings and post info like this on their websites, newsletters and social media accounts. Enough Google searches on the company and its CEO would almost certainly tell you where and when this meeting was going on and that he would be there.

Once the where and when are established, it's just a matter of getting to the city (if the shooter is not already a resident or living within a 100-mile radius of NYC). The meeting's venue would also certainly be published. Once you know where the venue is, search for nearby hotels. Arrive a day or two early. Start scoping nearby hotels and restaurants looking for the mark. Follow him around.

Really, it probably would not be too hard if you were seriously angry and wishing to settle a vendetta.

EDIT: I was correct, here's a link to info on their AGM: https://www.unitedhealthgroup.com/n...uhg-business-outlook-investor-conference.html

To paraphrase Clint Eastwood - ever get the feeling that you did a wallet biopsy on someone you shouldn't be fucking with.

UnitedHealth CEO Brian Thompson was fatally shot in NYC in a targeted attack. This comes months after Thompson and other executives were accused of securities fraud, selling $450M in stock before a DOJ antitrust investigation became public. 1/4

In 2024, UnitedHealth faced a DOJ investigation over its $13B acquisition of Change Healthcare. Before the probe was announced, Thompson and executives allegedly sold significant shares, avoiding losses when the news caused stock prices to drop. 2/4

Shareholders filed a class-action lawsuit, accusing Thompson and others of insider trading. The total share sales reportedly amounted to $450 million, sparking outrage over corporate ethics in the healthcare industry. 3/4

In December 2024, Thompson was fatally shot outside a Manhattan hotel in what authorities describe as a “targeted attack.” While investigations are ongoing, the timing of his death raises questions about potential motives tied to recent controversies. 4/4

Nice kill footage. Target is stalked, absorbs the first shot and staggers. Killer clears a jam (!!!!!!!) and tells a bystander to fuck off (!!!!!!) and then unloads the mag into the deceased.

All in front of street security camera.

What sort of incompetent fucker uses a piece that jams?!?!?!? 🔫
