My visit to LA last fall, Star Walk and Dolby Theater, it opens only one time
each year for Oscar Academy Award.

" You've got to learn to let go."-Movie "Gravity", it swept 7 awards and the big winner in this year's Oscar.
It tells a story of seeking survival out of a space station disaster, the spectacular vision that is so touching and emotional. Finally she was saved by "made in China" spaceship.

"if you can do what you do best and be happy, you're further along in life..."-Leonardo DiCaprio, he has been nominated for 5 times, but each time brushed past Mr. Oscar. He has worked very hard in 20 years. No cry. I expect more movies from him in the future.

City Toronto has cancelled the extreme cold weather alert which was issued on Sunday. It was the 35th alert this winter. Hope no more cold alert, time to be warm and hot.

No one wants a pilot to make a mistake. That is why flight crews are trained in teamwork and communication.

A study finds hospital that trained their operating teams had a lower rate of surgical failure than other hospitals.

One of the key elements is flattening the hierarchy in the operating room so that everybody, the nurse, the surgeon,
the anesthesiologist, the scrub tech, whomever it is in the operating room could bring up any concerns they had about
the patient.

For example, a lack of communication can lead to mistakes like operating on the wrong site or the wrong patient,
which is not rare.
