Interesting article. I know some of you have had great experiences at asian mp's but I've walked out a dozen and only stayed at three because I couldn't stand the feeling of quiet desperation I've encountered. For me the author perfectly captures that same atmosphere that I've run into many times; waiting in the room for the attendant to appear and a tired 40-y/o mama-san walks in. ugh. I've never had the luck to be presented with a perky 20-y/o spinner that some of you guys seem to find.
