THere are vivid videos of Ukrainians flying drones into Russians that are surrendering and also flying drones into their own soldiers who are surrendering or have been taken prisoner. And there are videos of Russian drones accepting surrender and telling the Ukrainians which direction to walk. Russia also has many severely injured Ukrainians that it has agreed to return with no conditions.

I don't believe the kill ratio is anywhere near that lopsided. Russia is advancing and Ukraine retreating, so Ukraine can't collect their dead, whereas Russia can collect their dead as they advance. No one is honest about the numbers, I still tend to think 1:1 isn't far off. But this is much more devastating to Ukraine as their numbers are maybe 1/5 of Russia.

Agreed. These numbers are not at all representative of the body count ratio. We probably won't truly know what that ratio is because neither side will divulge the truth.

You were implying how the casualties are so uneven that Russia is killing more soldiers than Ukraine.

They have and continue to hand over casualties all the time. It just happened that on a particular exchange there was more from one side. Otherwise, AS THE ARTICLE SAYS, it fairly even.
