For the benefit of those who travel abroad, I thought I would share information on the hotels I stayed in on my recent UK and European trip. All were escort-friendly.

Cumberland Hotel London: I got a King executive room for the first three nights. The executive rooms are located in a separate building from the main hotel, but it is connected by corridors that run under the streets and connect the two buildings. I highly recommend this particular part of the hotel, because it is small, quiet, and more like a boutique hotel. This building caters to business travelers, so there isn't the traffic and noise of the main building. The rooms are sleek and very chic -- as they are in the main hotel as well. http://www.guoman.com/guoman/hotels/...and&reset=true $249.00 per night. Great breakfast buffet.

Le Meridien Wien: One of the nicest hotels I've stayed in -- great location, attentive staff, and wonderful rooms, designed by the same architect who designed the Cumberland, but the building is much nicer with 14 ft. celings and ultramodern baths with rainforest showers. Executive king rooms are very spacious and well appointed. http://www.starwoodhotels.com/lemeri..._vienna.lemeri dien.com_1852 $228.00 per night. Great breakfast buffet.

Pachtuv Palace Hotel Prague. A true 5* hotel with amazing service and gorgeous rooms, all with canopy beds. I managed to get it for $164.00 in high season, a total steal for Prague! Just steps away from the Charles Bridge. Highly recommended. http://www.pachtuvpalace.com/ As a boutique hotel they offer a full breakfast in a charming room with a terrace. Eggs are served to order in addition to the small buffet of fruit, cheeses, and meats and ample baskets of pastries.
