Two Tier Justice in Ontario

There was a small protest on Thursday in Fort ErieOnt. re: the closing of the FE Hospital OR&ER. There were about 150-200 peacefull protesters in attendance. One nutbar set FIRE to a home made H sign which COULD have caused harm to someone nearby ie flying sparks etc. The Police came put out the fire with and extinguisher and arrested the man for public arson.

Then all hell broke loose a prominet Doctor was arrested for obstructio and mishief kicking and slamming his hands on a Police car another guy for obstruction. The next day the Doctor said he had no ill feelings to the cop who busted him,he was doing his job.

Why is it that WHITE people get arrested etc but when TAMILS ihave held Toronto hostage for almost a week and the Indians in Caledonia for THREE YEARS get off with NOTHING?

Are the authorities AFRAID of the "racist" thing?

What about the NA Indian protests and land claims.Another visable minority treated differently compared to Welland protesters.Doesn't the Welland Hospital help evryone regardless of race or backround?

The fact that he was kicking a cop car is probably why. The cops are territorial about their cars.

I was spectating a demo about 20 years ago and the cops became pretty rough when anyone approached the cars.

Facts: It was Fort Erie, not Welland.

The arresting officer was hired by the Niagara Health System on
overtime to police the event.

The officer looked like a young kid with an arrogant attitude. A more
experienced cop would likely have defused the situation better.
