You'll see more and more of this "street" level action as the crystal-meth problem in Guelph grows out of control. In fact, it's already out of control. I have an aquaintance who works at a Guelph high school and in a casual conversation the other day she told me that, at minimum, about 20 students were either ex-spelled or suspended over the previous week. Guelph is on a very slippery slope right now.
