i highly doubt they are lesbians or twins for that matter. Announced RETIREMENT (implying they will no longer be available). Usually subpar service because they don't need to preserve thier reputation. This can also be true of infrequently visiting ladies who announce LAST DAY. I forgot to add, QUICK REPEAT POSTS. When there's a lot of posts of the SP's ad in a short period over a day or two, or even sometimes a week or two.
A 'quick get in town unannounced and get out of town faster approach' also raises red flags for me, but you mentioned that with the 2 day visiting ladies.
