Twitter video issues

I don't have a Twitter account,but I do visit a few Twitter accounts. Last few weeks I found that I can't watch videos that are posted.Just says "The media can not be played"
Do I need to be a "follower" or have an account?

You might need to be signed in, but as a first test I'd say check to make sure your browser / plug-ins are up to date (and Adobe Flash player if applicable). My old PC has trouble viewing twitter vids, my newer one (updated Firefox) doesn't normally, and my android phone has no problems ever. Good luck!

I have the same problem when using Google Chrome. If I can't watch the videos, I have to switch to MS Edge to watch.

Try updating adobe flash

I've had that happen sporadically. Sometimes the video/Tweet has been deleted. Other times I just refresh my feed and it seems to fix itself. Looking online people suggest clearing your browser cache if the problem is more persistent.
