tv subtitle

i just bought a samsung hdyv. but can t put in the english subtitle.
really can t understand the manuel. anybody ca help. tks

what is your source? If it is TV, go to the menu and set Close Caption (CC) to "on" and if there's an option of CC1 or CC2 etc, choose CC1 instead.

If the source is BD/HD-DVD/DVD, then go to your movie menu, click setup, go to subtitles, choose "English".

tks. i got rogers. on the tv i go to the menu,but i cannot get into the caption.
everythinbg except caption. tks for ur help,it s getting close i know.

The caption menu is not on the Rogers menu...you have to access the televisions menu from it's remote or from the tv set itself. From there and only there can you select the language.

The language has nothing to do with Rogers.
