TV Catchphrases Game

For fans of the other thread on TV characters, what say we modify the game a bit by giving a TV character's catchphrase and you have to name the character and show it's from (to make it fair, let's say the character must have said it at least 10 times during the run of the series). Hopefully, this game should be a bit more Google-proof than the other game.
