SPOC has received reports about McCaskill since 2003. We now receive about 2 reports monthly, from women in Ontario, Quebec & Manitoba. Doesn`t want to use condoms either.
He fantasizes that he either works for the federal government, is a landlord or a doctor. He is none of those.
He lives in a shabby basement apt., and we suspect, is living on disability support cheques.
