Caught the first episode of the AMC miniseries Torn, a historical drama about, the American Revolution and the early development of the US spy network.

The first episode was well written balancing dialogue, character, and scenario. It should be good. It's not too clear who is on whose side or why. Times wee tough and the people were tougher than we could ever be.

The well produced series is winding down for season 1 and I will say this, the producers and writers has made one of this country's finer historical figures, John Graves Simcoe a 6'6" psychopathic loonie with a voice that would scratch glass. A little bit of literary licence is needed now and then, but wtf.

Only last week they ran the whole season on one day, too bad. a good possibility they will rerun it.beleive it's not on next week but will conclude the season the following week.
