TSX Listed Company Research Help

I am attempting to dive deep into executive compensation on one particular TSX listed company and am getting my ass handed to me in the differences in US and Canada reporting requirements. For a US company, I'd go to sec.gov and pull up the proxy statement for the applicable company. After an hour of frustration, I have figured out that Canada (or at least Ontario) reports annual executive compensation on Form 51-102F6 but I'll be darned if I can find out how to easily access them.

I am certain that this is easy to do, likely easier than the clumsy SEC site. A little help from anyone?

All that information is listed in the company's annual reports - which can be ordered for free. Just go to the company's ticker and the option to order the report can be found on the upper right hand portion.

www.globeinvestor.ca once you selected a symbol, look for financial report on right handside.

Yes it does have information on executive compensation, as mentioned look thru the latest "management information circular" in each company's profile on Sedar.

You can also look at the OSC site. Not been there for awhile but get into the section on insier info disclosure and your can find the listings of all other public co's some insider is involved with. This is great when one small pub co suddenly has lots of volume from some other unknown, drill below the surface and sometimes its almost if by magic but they have common directorships.
