I tend to disagree. The Beast has far more headroom than a normal vehicle. Trump - if highly motivated - could manoeuvre his protuberant belly over the back of the driver's seat IMHO. Here is a diagram of the presidential limo...

His hands may be tiny, but his arms would likely be long enough to reach the steering wheel I'd guess.

Pretty much. She just repeated what the guy told her.

He either told her the truth and now doesn't want to come forward and admit it because he's being paid to lay low or some other reason. Or he bullshitted and made up some drama because she's a cute, inexperienced young staffer and he wanted some attention from her.
