Saw a documentary called San Francisco Vice on Court TV.
They were saying prostitution is rampant in San Fran, with both hookers and johns practically ignoring the cops. One john even tried to negotiate a deal right in front of the cops who were carding hookers.
The cops were acting all rough and tough, but they were complaining that they bust the hookers, they're processed and released, and they're back out on the street in business again.
The hookers acted like they were completely not intimidated by the cops. They were laughing and giggling like nothing was going on, like getting pinched was part of daily business for them.
BTW, those were really hot street ho's, and they were all white.
