Transvestite Wives ..... really?

Is that what American TV has gotten to? Just saw a show on tv called Transvestite Wives... I thought the show (Sister Wives) on the other channel was bad enough.

Nothing against queers, lesbos, gays etc, but I find it hard to believe that's what they show on tv these days. Think i'm going to cancel tv entirely and just stick to reading books as pasttime

I haven't had tv now for about 5 -7 years. The only show i really watch is NCIS and i can watch that online on globaltv. Before i quit cable tv i was watching reruns and 3 current shows. Survivourman, mantracker and ncis. Everything else was garbage.

People make these programmes because they're cheap. A couple of cameras, some novice camera people and no actors to pay. Their new-found celebrity is all it takes.

All the shows do is fill in the space between the ads. If they can put some crap on that will attract a few viewers for a few weeks, at almost no cost, then they win big time.

I haven't had TV since I moved into this house six years ago, and I must confess, I don't miss it that much.
