tracking guest history on own pc

was wondering if there is any kind of program that allows you to see and follow someones movements on my pc....I've checked the cookies and history on my pc but I would like to follow closer ie: passwords,history,accounts,key strokes etc.... I have someone living with me and I'm concerned about how my pc is being used...I'm in a situation where I have to do this in a stealth type mode....I need peice of mind! lol

any help would be great

btw ...I found a couple...but they want 100 beans...I'm looking for some free software lol

There is a program out there. It runs in the background and records a ton of data. Try PCWorld or downloads.com

You have a lot of these softwares... most advanced are not free of course...

google the word "keylogger" and you'll find your way (or search it on softwares download sites as suggested by Trapdoor for example).
