This is for the torrent people out there.
I basically have my computer getting torrents 24/7. I use 3web as my ISP. They got me on a 3Mb/512k speed. Works fine for torrents but from about 5PM and 1PM (give or take an hour) I can not get over 30k up or down. This happens every single day and speed tests between that time show that I am getting full speed. I have no other choice but to believe they are limiting the torrents somehow.
Anyone out there experiencing this and know how to get around it. Or is there another ISP out there with unlimited bandwidth that does not do this? This is in the Niagara area. By the way I use utorrent for downloading.
