She could look into something called a "Soft lift". It uses Botox and Juvederm to lift, re contour and re shape the face. It is non invasive and offers pretty good results for little money and very little side effects. She can get the effects of having cheek implants by using injectable fillers.

Rhinoplasty, or nose jobs, are one of the most difficult and risk prone cosmetic procedures out there, and should be a last resort! She should ask the doctor during the consultation if it is at all possible to achieve good results using other products. Sometimes, simply changing the shape of the cheeks makes such a difference that the nose "fits" better on the face.
If she is considering getting a nose job, she should be asking the doctor to see before and after photographs of patients who have had the procedure done. She could also ask the doctor to provide references, some patients sign agreements that allow the doctor to provide their names to other clients. She should also be checking the College of Physicians and Surgeons website to see if there have been any complaints regarding their practice. She should do her homework diligently, and gather information from more than one source: not solely from the Dr. who is trying to sell a procedure.
Also, beware of a doctor who is trying too hard to sell a procedure, without offering alternatives and discussing the pros and cons of each treatment. She should get two or three consultations, as well.
I don't have a recommendation for a plastic surgeon in Toronto, but here in Sudbury, I see Dr. Barr for all of my plastic surgery needs. (Which aren't many...yet! lol)
