I talked to some good friends in the Fire business and asked them what sort of people are employed there? I was given a schooling on who this guy is. For one, he is no firefighter, he's a support person working in communications. Apparantly they are all called firefighters, even though some never fight fires.
So, bottom line, he's still a scum bag, but not a real firefighter.

He's a senior person who picked on a lower level female employee, that's the most disgusting part. People who use their position of power for their own sick desires.
