Canada should have had at least 3 gold and 10 bronze, silvers by now if we count in our wealth, population, sophistication and wide array of sports we are capable of. It's a shame.

the Aussies are doing good .. 3rd in the medal count despite having like 10% of the population of USA and like, what, 1% of the population of China

and the kiwis popped 5 medals in one day bringing their medal count to 5

Brita looked hot, imo, during the medal ceremony.

It felt weird hearing that German national anthem, though.

Rankings are by gold medal. GB third with 11 with lots more to come. Likely to be ahead of Australia by the end of the games.

China is far ahead of anyone in gold medals. Of course this is in part due to their dominance is such "sports" as badmitton and ping pong.
